Hotel Marciano House Rules

Check-in

Check-in time: 2:00pm onwards
Please present a valid ID or Passport upon check-in.
Early check-in request has to be arranged in advance and subject to a sixty percent (60%) surcharge from the Published Rate of your room category. It has to be coordinated prior to the arrival with our Front desk or Reservations, and subject to availability.

Check-out

Check-out time: 12:00nn of the following day
If you wish to retain your room beyond the stipulated time, please advise our Front desk/Reservations to check its availability earlier before the check-out time, the room will be given depending on its availability. If the room is available, guest may allow to extend until 2:00pm. Fifty percent (50%) less of the Published Rate shall applied for late check-out beyond 2:00pm while 6pm onwards full payment shall be collected upon check-out.

Guest accompanied by Children

The Hotel allows maximum of two (2) kids per room ages 7 years old and below. Sharing beds with parent is free of charge while children’s meal will be charged accordingly. But if you wish to request an extra mattress, P1,000.00nett shall be charged with breakfast inclusion plus amenities.

Food & Drinks in the Room

Bringing in food and drinks purchased outside is highly discouraged by the Hotel. However, guest may opt to order room service from Jayden’s Kitchen while drinks are available at your mini bar fridge.

Safety Precautions

Firearms or any deadly weapons are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises and must be surrendered to the hotel’s in-house Security upon arrival. These will be properly receipted and returned upon check-out/departure.

Please refrain from bringing items, which may be flammable, toxic explosive or odorous into the rooms. Electrical appliances such as flat iron and anything that may cause fire when left unattended are also prohibited.

Gambling, drugs and any illegal paraphernalia’s and activities are not allowed within the hotel premises. The hotel reserves the right to refuse and if necessary, eject any and all objectionable person found guilty engaging in such activities or in possession of such items.

Guest Safety and Belongings

Please ensure that the room is locked when going out or going to bed. Each room is provided with a Safety Deposit Box to store all the valuable items. The Hotel will not be held liable for any loss or damage to guest belongings

Loss & Damages to Hotel Property

Any loss, damage or breakage in the hotel premises will be charged accordingly to the guest including theft of pilferage caused by guest and his/her visitor or companion.

Pets

Pets (of any kind) will not be allowed inside guest’s room or within hotel premises.

Visitor/s

Guest will be allowed to entertain any visitor/s in the room until 10:00pm only. Visitor/s who stay beyond 10:00pm will be automatically charged as extra person.

Smoking-free Environment

Smoking is not permitted inside the room and within the hotel premises. Guests are reminded at the time of booking and upon arrival at the hotel that smoking is not permitted inside the building. There is a designated area outside the building for smoking.

There is a significant room recovery fee of Php5,000.00 for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
