- HOUSE RULES & FINES
No Cooking & No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and other hotel facilities. A cleaning and restoration fee of ₱5,000.00 will be charged for violations.
Designated Smoking Area: Guests may only smoke in the hotel’s designated smoking area. This is in compliance with Presidential Executive Order No. 26 (Providing for the Establishment of Smoke-Free Environments in Public and Enclosed Places).
No Pets: Pets are not allowed in hotel room accommodations.
Right to Refuse Service: The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests without refund for non-compliance with policies or disruptive behavior.
2. CHECK-IN & SECURITY DEPOSIT
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of ₱2,000.00 (cash only) is required upon check-in for incidental charges or damages. This will be returned in full upon check-out after a satisfactory room inspection.
Identity Verification: All guests must present a valid government-issued ID. The name on the ID must match the reservation.
Third-Party Bookings: If the cardholder is not the guest staying, a signed Credit Card Authorization Form (please see the link below) and a copy of the cardholder’s ID must be submitted upon check-in.
3. OCCUPANCY & EXTRA PERSONS
Children (0–12 years old): Stay free of charge if sharing existing bedding with parents.
Extra Adult (13+ years old): Charged at ₱1,200.00 per night (includes extra mattress and breakfast).
Declaration: All guests must be declared. Undeclared guests are charged double the standard extra person fee.
- VISITOR POLICY
Visiting Hours: Outside visitors are allowed only until 10:00 PM.
Registration: All visitors must register their full names in the Visitor Log Book at the Front Desk/Security.
Verification: Visitors will only be granted access once the Registered Guest (Booker) has confirmed the visit with the Front Desk.
Overnight Stay: Any visitor staying past 10:00 PM will be considered an “Extra Guest” and the room will be charged the applicable Extra Person Fee.
5. BOOKING & CANCELLATION
Direct Website Bookings: Non-cancellable and non-refundable. One-time emergency rebooking is allowed if requested 5 days prior to arrival (valid for 3 months).
OTA Bookings (Agoda/Booking.com(sad) Policies follow the specific rate plan selected on the booking platform.
6. VALUABLES & LIABILITY
The hotel is not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Guests use the premises and facilities at their own risk.
